Bel hôtel, confortable, personnel d’accueil parle anglais . Machine à laver à chaque étage très pratique et sèche linge. Bon emplacement à proximité de la zone commerçante mais très calme .

在京都能擁有這樣大小空間的房型真的很難得，附近就有超市可以採買，房間內也可烹調，衛浴也很有質感，床舖跟枕頭超舒適，很少出國可以睡到適合的枕頭真的很難得，性價比很高，很適合一家人旅遊。環境很安靜，一出巷子就有公車可以搭乘，交通很便利，下次拜訪京都還會想再入住。

巷口外就有公車站和超市，鬧中取靜的好地方！

The room was spacious, well designed, well equipped. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. The small kitchenette in the room is very usable and the kitchen ventilation was very capable, no lingering smells! I love the design of the room, and the little seating area.

There was clear damage from previous guests and that diminished the premium atmosphere the room had and it was such a pity! The staff was not always present at the desk during reception hours, making it hard to get a hold of them. And the designated smoking area was right outside the hotel, which is understandable, but as a non smoker it is not pleasant to have to always pass the smokers. Really a pity because I like the hotel very much!
