Ein ganz besonderer Ort! Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar freundlich und herzlich! Die Lage an der Lagune ist einzigartig und der Ort entschleunigt eine sehr. Wie haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können ws von Herzen empfehlen.

Das Kaffee inklusive ist ein Cappuccino aber nicht. Aber das war an mehreren Orten in Mexiko so. Die Lagune trägt den Lärm über grosse Strecken. In unserer 1. Nacht fand irgendwo eine Party statt indem Lärm hat Ma bis 1:30 sehr gut gehört. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts aber es sollte einem klar sein.

Le prix des repas et boisson est exagéré .. le mobilier de plage (du ponton) est vétuste et insuffisant Petit déjeuner : pas de jus d orange pressée ou ananas ou autre pour un 5 étoiles …

It’s a peaceful and very well decorated place overlooking the most beautiful part of the lagoon. The beautiful rooms are in the gorgeous jungle, listening to the birds and outdoor shower. The staff is just so lovely, yoga classes are incredible, food and drinks amazing. The soundtrack/music is so good. Every detail is perfect.

I think the Massage ambiance could be better (lights and music were too high) and didn’t enjoyed so much the massage itself.

Água do banho quase sempre fria. Sistema de transporte dentro do hotel com carro de golf é ineficaz.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this property, the rooms are so cozy, functional, and have AC. The outdoor shower is AMAZING. And the food and staff are phenomenal! The lagoon of course takes the cake, situated on a property that has a beach style entrance to the lagoon is the best. This was our 2nd time and loved it just as much as the first!

The menu didn’t really change from the last time we came 3 years ago, so it would’ve been nice to have more/ different options!

Die Anlage liegt mitten im Jungel und die einzelnen Hütten passen sich der Umgebung an. Die Wege, Restaurants, Yogaddeck, alles ist wunderschön miteinander verbunden. Vorallem am Abend wenn alles mit Kerzen beleuchtet ist, ist es besonders schön. Es gibt in jeder Hütte eine Outdoordusche mit Blick auf den Jungle und uns haben sogar Affen besucht.Man hat genügend Platz mit allen Gästen auf dem Sonnendeck zu liegen und ganz für sich ohne andere Touristen oder vielen Booten in der Lagune zu schwimmen. Das Wasser ist glasklar und wir waren stundenlang darin, auch mit den kostenlosen SUPs. Auch das Frühstück ist super lecker und mitten in einem offenen Haus im Jungle. Alle sind wirklich höflich und wir hatten eine magische Zeit.

Man kann höchstens anmerken, dass neben Yogamatten auch noch ein paar mehr Sportgeräte angeboten werden. Aber alles andere war einfach nur großartig.
