Our Habitas Bacalar - Adults Only

From the moment we stepped foot on the property, it felt like home. Premium but with nature. The perfect blend. The staff were fantastic. The services perfect. The cabin was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable as were the sheets and pillows. The outdoor shower was sooooo nice, amazing water pressure. The whole package was great, only wish we had chosen to stay at lease one or two more days and spend more time on property instead of doing activities. Highly recommend and we will be back for another visit for sure.

We stayed at Habitas Bacalar for five days and absolutely loved every moment. The property is a dream — stunning surroundings, beautiful design, and a serene atmosphere that made it impossible not to relax. The service was exceptional from start to finish; every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We truly had nothing to complain about. An unforgettable experience and a place we can’t wait to return to!

Beautiful setting with really friendly and attentitive staff. The food options were delicious, including the complementary breakfast. We saw a monkey swinging through the trees at breakfast! There were leisure activities provided for free and a good option of paid if you wanted to. The water was incredible and the private pier with bar felt really special.

Great place, great service. The only thing that I would change is the menu on te restaurant. The food is amazing but the prices are extremely expensive for very small portions. I think there should be more options in order to feel like you actually want to stay in the hotel instead of going to Bacalar for food. Because food is great but it doesn´t worth the taste.

Amazing experience! By far one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Magical atmposhere, ideal for disconnecting, relaxing and truly enjoying the beauty of all the nature around you. Everyone in the hotel is super friendly and kind. The rooms are super cozy, cute, and romantic. There’s just not enough words to describe how much I enjoyed this hotel. Bacalar is one of my favorite destinations in the world, and when I return it will definitely be to this hotel.
