Everything was excellent, like always, the staff its amazing, very friendly, and professional, i really enjoy stay here, thank you for everything.

Todo muy bien en el hotel, la mala experiencia fue con la comida que sirvieron en la fiesta, muy buena toda pero alguno de los alimentos que consumimos provocó problemas estomacales a varios de los familiares (más de 20 personas con diarrea) solo en nuestro entorno conocido, no sé cuántos más del total de invitados estaban en la misma situación.

Little discrepancy with the receptcionists. I had a family member who I invited to the room. In order to take few items I wasn’t interested in taking back. The receptionist told me that any person who was to go to the room beside my self had an extra charge. I said it is 12PM this person whoever it is it’s not staying and asleep if that was the case. Then what made me angry it that they gave 10min limited time. I considered that inappropriate and lack of ethic questioning guess and there guess. So since was one day left on my contract I cancelled and move to another hotel. Not quite sure how many stars or STAR this hotel is ranked but, overall more information have to available about guess limitation in that hotel.

Felt safe and comfortable at property. Internal phone system was problematic. The dials on the phone for front desk, housekeeping, emergency etc did not work. Breakfast buffet was good. Great variety of food choices. The hotel is quite a long distance from the airport. A shuttle would be helpful.
