Marigold Hotel Dalat

Location was central. We were able to walk to the night markets. It looks quite fancy from the entrance but doesn’t follow through.

Walks a very thin, heard the couple in the next room arguing and coughing. The breakfast was definitely catering to the Asian tourists.

The hotel is close to the night market and lake. Large rooms. The entrance can accommodate many visitors. Reception friendly and helpful.

Noise from other rooms can be a factor. TV with music turns on advertising the hotel everytime you enter your room. Breakfast very much caters for Asian market.

Rooms spacious clean and comfortable

Very unwelcoming , wasn’t even asked if we had enjoyed our stay . Breakfast selection poor . Made to feel we were a inconvenience. No helpful details about where to eat locally , what sights to visit , just a A4 double sided paper , listing every single cost of every item in the room incase off breakages ! Book somewhere else if your expecting the usual happy , helpful Vietnamese welcome .

Fantastic location! We ate one night at the restaurant and it was delicious. Staff worked very hard. Room was lovely.
