Breakfast

Room is nice and comfortable but power cut 3 times and have a hard time adjusting hot water. 6 mins to town by taxi. Walking distance about 15 mins.

Central location. Nice lobby. An extremely helpful member of staff when we were checking out waiting on our driver. Went above and beyond.

Check in was a palaver. You had to wait until the appointed time. So queue twice.. 🙄 Breakfast was just awful.

The manager spoke excellent English and was extremely polite and very helpful. He gave us tour information, called cabs ect.

The hotel restaurant menue was very limited at night and made me a bit sick. ( not to be confused with the breakfast buffet, which was good)

close to the center

from the front desk person to the manager, all is lazy and don’t know what they were doing. Pushing responsibility to each other in able to cover their mistakes. Needs to be train for better services.

Great breakfast

Only hotel in Vietnam which wanted to keep our passports. Not very helpful when traveling with the bus.

Clean, spacious. Walking distance to the Lake.

Upon arrival and check in, staff told me I don’t have reservations. It’s been many weeks back that I booked online. Then she told me again she can’t find it and insisting i booked less than 1 week prior. It took time waiting for this front desk lady to find my booking. We have to wait at the lobby.

Everything, room was lovely, service was lovely and location was good
