we found that some staff were very confused when we spoke in English, we have not had this issue in any other hotel in Vietnam. the breakfast could be improved, we arrived at 9am and there wasn’t much of a selection, it was clear it hadn’t been refilled. There was a big group staying and they were quite noisy. Our passports were requested to be held at reception during our stay (we refused) but we weren’t given a reason why this was necessary.
