The outside off the hotel looked quite grande , so was the lobby & our room was all very clean and quite spacious

The lack off atmosphere . All very bland . found the staff to be un friendly & non engaging , unlike all the other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam over the last 2 weeks . Also breakfast was very poor , very limited choices .

Great location, nice hotel, good breakfast.

The room with patio turned out to be a window to a brick wall!! - Quite Claustrophobic. Furthermore, we had to wait as the room was not ready at 14:00 (the formal check in time)

We stayed in an exercutive suite for 3 nights. Room is huge. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The only issue is the noise. We can hear the ppl next door talk and laugh. Its not quite at all.
