Best Western Colfax

This hotel is way too new to be this filthy and dirty and run down. It's obvious that there is no attention to detail. Our first room we tried to check into was used by someone else the second room that we checked into had so much mold in the shower and sink and floors were filthy with hair. It appeared that someone had just wiped things down they're not clean. The best part was the beds were comfortable. And the toilet felt like it was going to come off the ground. This is such a nice location it's just unfortunate that the owner does not inspect the grounds or inspect the rooms after they've been cleaned

Comfortable hotel. Room was clean, relatively new, and functional. Room was quiet in spite of being on the freeway side of the building. Staff were pleasant and competent.

Breakfast was satisfactory, but pretty basic. Additional seasonings for the eggs and some variety in breads/pastries would be nice.

Really clean and easy to get in and out.

My husband reached up for what he thought was an extra blanket on top of the armoire and instead grabbed semen covered towels! There was also a semen covered pair of socks up there! Disgusting! No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower dispensers and two towels for a room reserved for 4 people. Managements response was “I’m so sorry” Definitely not a clean hotel, and crap service.
