The Colfax Bst Western is fresh, modern and clean. The rooms are very comfortable. I like the height of the beds. The automatic light in the bathroom is a nice touch.

Great water pressure in the filthy shower Bed had enough pillows.

At first glance the place looked nice, once in your room, everything was dirty, the shower had pink mold, sink did not drain, the toilet wasn’t mounted to the floor because the tiles were uneven, and the floor was gross, your feet turned black walking around your room. The breakfast was awful, the coffee was just dark water, if you added creamer it turned grey 🤮 the donuts were at least 2 days old. And the Indian owners/employees were always lurking in the hallway, which is weird and awkward, and their kids were running up and down the hallways like a playground. I gave it 1 star for water pressure and pillows. I have requested a refund. If we hadn’t just driven 10 hours I never would have stayed. I wish I could add more photos.

Very friendly staff, room was large nice and clean. Breakfast need a littlebit attention. Sorry but the eggs are too watered down and the dining area was a bit unsupervised, food items were not restocked as it should've may be the cook needs an assistance I thing that is a job for 2 people not just one. Thanks

We stayed two nights Apparently the policy is to not change towels, bedding and restock coffee the first morning. We paid for two nights.

I booked the hotel for two nights in advance through Trip Advisor, and emergency dictated the cancellation of my trip but I couldn’t cancel nor receive a refund through Trip Advisor or Best Western so I never checked in but had to pay the almost $300 for the rooms. Beware using Trip Advisor for this reason.

Always a great place to stay, convenient location and pet friendly!

Property is run down. Tv did not work.
