It is designated as a suite It is not .. One chair in lounge area for 2 Its a strange shaped room ,and it really disappointed me

the room is very small,not worthwhile,will not stay there again.

All staff are useless! Worst hotel ever!! The staff at the restaurant are so lazy or tamad! They dont like their job they like zombies! We want chopstick for the noodle they said they will check for it after 10 min no chopstick at all and the soup its cold already my husband dint want to eat anymore so dissapointed! We stay for 5 days but didnt go back to the resto after that! If im the owner of the hotel i will kick out them all only the guard will remain! Cuz if you dont your hotel will bankcrupt soon bcuz of the staff attitude sorry to say! But u need to check ur hotel staff

Lazy staff! Bad attitude

The breakfast has improved since my previous stay. Staff is still awesome in terms of courteousness. The rate is just fine with what the services and facilities can offer. I will definitely return here in Jet Hotel.

some of the staff is rude and hard to communicate with

The rooms are clean, staff are very courteous. Roofdeck is very nice, swimming pool is clean and well lighted.

Some linens, however, are old. Though clean, they are worn. Some shower implements are broken and needs replacement.
