"This is a good option if you want to explore the city of Lipa by walking to key spots of the metro."

The hotel's location is at the heart of the city, and it is convenient to get around the metro of Lipa. The staff were helpful and provided our needs. Their restaurants and facilities are not massive but good enough to have a decent meal with friends and families. The only item I want to recommend to the hotel is to add fruits as part of the buffet breakfast menu. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Lipa and would prefer walking and exploring the main city.

"not good"

i like it because it is near to the robinson mall

aircon is not properly working. no disposable sleepers for the room. staff are not so friendly. i requested to clean the room at 8am and they said they will go and clean it but they never come and i have to request it again and call.

The guests staying beside our room were noisy. Also, the price of the room is too much for the room quality. The room should have been around 2k only for its appearance.
