JET Hotel

Very clean, rooms spacious

Shower head was broken, reported it twice but it was never fixed

Breakfast included with hotel room and food served at restaurant were delicious; staff very courteous; location close to shopping areas

Sound coming from event halls was loud which was fine during the day but not at night when you expect to have a good sleep. I think hotel should update their wall and floor soundproofing and also have a strict regulation on what time events should end.

I’ve stayed at jet hotel multiple times and love the location and staff and service Most recently was a disappointing stay based on reception Everyone else was great

The staff are nice and the Location is conveniënt for its purpose.

The room is dirty upon arrival as if no one stayed there for a while. The facilities are broken and filty e.g. faucet, door knob, bath tub. The bathroom tile strip is rusty and moldy. The executive room that we booked in should have not been rented out in its state. It is not worth the price we paid for it.

Staffs were accommodating especially the restaurant staff. Location accessible to transportations and hotel was very near Robinsons Mall.

Water pressure in the shower keeps getting slow. During the last night of our stay, there was water dripping from the ceiling.

Nothing, Fruit for breakfast was sparse

Close to locally famous restaurants & shopping.

Water seeping out of the shower & pooling on the floor. The quality & taste of the food is below par.
