"The location was good & central to our needs but cleanliness was lacking & needs improvement."

The staff, the location & general interior was good.

The Vanity’s taps were dirty as was the toilet cover. The shower screen was dirty all around and the shower wall was also so dirty & looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years ( I have photos ) The bottom of the shower wall was the worst as it was so mouldy. The wall in the room near the bed was grimy & the floor was also dirty.
