Les équipements avec bowling et billard, le parc aquatique, la piscine, le personnel avec les soins attentionnés de l’infirmière, les repas étaient bons, les différents restaurants.

Nous n’avons même pas le temps de finir nos assiettes le matin que les serveuses vous les prennent en plein milieu du petit déjeuner, ce qui rend le repas très stressant. Pas assez de serviette dans la chambre Cuisine inutile car pas de couverts, ni de quoi réchauffer. Beaucoup de bruits de lézards dans la nuit qui se faufilent dans la chambre. L’attente des buggys était longue, on ne savait jamais quand ils arrivaient. Les femmes de ménage qui sont entrés pendant qu’on dormait, sachant que nous avons des enfants dans les chambres qui dorment. C’est dangereux, on ne sait pas qui ils sont pour s’introduire dans la chambre de nos enfants pendant qu’ils dorment. On a trouvé un rat mort dans les parties communes, la piscine était pleine de guêpes mortes, la plage était dégueulasse donc impratiquable. Les zones fumeurs qui vous isolent de tout, pour finalement voir que certains clients fument partout. Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas très propres, souvent tachées. C’était compliqué de se doucher le dernier jour dans les douches de la piscine qui étaient, en plus, mal indiquées.

Stopped by at the New World Phu Quoc Resort for a meal at Zoya - A Taste of Indo-Arabic Dining. The meal by Chef Prafull Aina was one of the best Indian meals we have had outside India. All dishes were amazing, what topped it all was the Kulfi.

Everything was excellent- The staffs were especially helpful and kind- we had an amazing breakfast at the Bay Lirchen, in large part thanks to the team there. Personal thanks to Tram Nhu Mai - she was very kind and attentive.

But what makes New World Phu Quoc truly special is the people working there. Excellent service can completely change the feeling of a trip, and this resort delivered that perfectly. We will definitely come back again, and I will happily recommend this resort to friends and family visiting Phu Quoc.
