Absolutely excellent ambience with LUA grill and bar. Was served by Ms Nhu who speak very well and give good advice on food choices.

Wonderful food and five star service. Please visit this place when visiting the island. Worth the travel if you aren’t staying at the resort. If you are at the resort, you will be missing out if you don’t go. Very family friendly, our host Nguyen was awesome.

I love the resort’s concept. My villa was beautiful. It had a jackfruit tree inside the garden, which my family amazed and excited. The pool was big and beautiful, rooms were clean. However, the bathroom has no door. It only had a curtain to cover, which made me not so comfortable as I shared the room with my brother and he had to go outside while I was taking a bath and so did I. However, the experience was great, hope to be back

The price is excellent for the huge villa. The beach is very nice with soft sand and clean water. The service from staff was excellent as well.

A minor inconvenience is that there can be some unclean stuff in the private pool but I guess that's sort of expected given the size of the room and greenery.

Our stay at New World Phu Quoc was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful resort atmosphere to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Minh Man and the restaurant manager at Lua for the incredibly warm welcome and outstanding care throughout our stay. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special and at home. The food at Lua was excellent, and the service was always professional, friendly, and thoughtful. We truly appreciated all the effort from the team to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend New World Phu Quoc to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed in garden pool villa. The rooms were big, especially my kids loved the separated living room, and of cause a private pool. Though it is an extensive resort, it was convenient to go everywhere, due to buggy. I also enjoyed beautiful breakfast including vietnamese cuisine.

The information design was not enough. I couldn't find any signs or map markers for the showers available before check-in. Also, the show information, the gathering time and location were incorrect.

We just stayed here and, while there were several highlights, this is definitely not a 5-star hotel in terms of experience and service. What We Enjoyed: our villa was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and having a personal pool was a fantastic touch. The room service was excellent, and we always appreciated coming back to a thoroughly cleaned room daily. Additionally, the buggy service was great—efficient and always reliable. Major Disruption & Poor Communication: The biggest issue during our stay was a massive private corporate event that took over the common outdoor area. There was absolutely no notification or mention of this to paying guests beforehand. For an entire day, tradesmen were setting up a stage, sitting around smoking, and throwing their cigarette butts directly into the grass—which became a massive safety hazard when my daughter nearly stepped on one. In the evening, the event hosted over 100+ people with a loud MC blaring over the microphone until 10 PM. Trying to get young kids to sleep at 8 PM with that level of noise right outside was impossible and incredibly frustrating. Other Areas for Improvement: Sterile Atmosphere: Despite the nice facilities, the overall vibe of the resort feels very sterile and lacks personality or "fun." While the staff are polite, they are quite shy and not overly friendly, making it feel unwelcoming for families. The Pool Towel Policy: Having a lifeguard track towels by constantly demanding room numbers is really annoying. Furthermore, a strict "one towel per person" rule is completely impractical for kids who frequently need replacements after towels get wet and dirty. Weak Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is ridiculously weak. A resort cannot claim 5-star status if it cannot sort out basic, reliable internet connectivit
