Do not stay here if you have kids from America. They do not let you bring outside food. I would definitely not stay again

My stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort was truly wonderful. The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The beachfront location is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay, especially Ngan at Front Desk. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway. I would definitely love to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

I was disappointed by the private pool in our villa, it wasn’t private and not really clean, we never used it one single time

The facilities were excellent, especially the pools, beach access, and dining options. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the service throughout our stay was consistently outstanding. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore different parts of Phu Quoc. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this resort to couples, families, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phu Quoc. We look forward to returning in the future!

The stay here was amazing, the staff is really helpful, the services are top notch and reach u with in minutes. Really beautiful place, you will actually need 1 full day to explore the resort alone. Overall a wonderful experience and must try. I was assisted by sindy, she was amazing and really sweet. Over all love the experience would love to get back here.

We highly recommend this hotel and especially commend Jin for his excellent service. The only area for improvement would be the mosquitoes in the villa/room, as there were quite a lot during our stay. If this could be better controlled, the experience would be even more perfect.
