New World Phu Quoc Resort

Choosing New World Phu Quoc for our vacation was absolutely the right decision. The scenery is beautiful, the service is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed by Linh Trang, who was always warm and friendly. She has a lovely smile and a beautiful appearance. Thank you for making our stay even more memorable.

This was our family’s first trip to Phu Quoc, and also our first stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort. We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Nhật Hạ, who checked us in. She was so kind and thoughtful, recommending delicious local restaurants and introducing us to the best attractions around Phu Quoc. Since it was our first time visiting the island, her recommendations helped us make the most of our trip. A special thank you also goes to Trọng ,the lifeguard at the resort’s beach. He was so warm and helpful, taking the time to help our family capture beautiful photos together. He never hesitated to help us find the best angles and patiently took multiple pictures so we could have wonderful memories to bring home. We truly appreciate his kindness. We were extremely impressed by the excellent service, the beautiful facilities, and the genuine care shown by the entire team. Without a doubt, when we visit Phu Quoc again, New World Phu Quoc Resort will be our first choice. Thank you for making our family’s first trip to Phu Quoc so memorable!

The rooms and food are good. The waterpark was fun as well.

Breakfast spread was superb. Location was tucked away from the main attractions, but it was facing the beach. There were a waterpark area and pool including a kids zone!

Nice to experience at the hotel with very friendly staffs. We will come in the near future. Specially thanks to Que Tran and Qui for super warm welcome
