Chuc from Lua Grill was so friendly, accommodating and nothing was a problem. She looked after the kids and had a smile always. She was a stand-out of all the staff!

Fabulous resort with everything you need in the one spot. Beautiful villas. Breakfast buffet was delicious with huge variety. Swimming pool and pool bar fantastic.

Food at Coco Beach Restaurant wasn't great. Seafood wasn't like shown in the photo's. Loved the location of the restaurant and outdoor seating area. Staff were great.

We had dinner at lua for my friend’s birthday. The staff chuc and team was very attentive and helped us prepare a birthday celebration. The experience is great and the food is great too :)

Service was amazing. Vila was not the best, but I liked it. Today's breakfast was the best I had in Phu Quoc in the last 5 days. Do spend money on the Cable car and other activities, its worth it.

We had a wonderful 4 days stay at New World Phu Quoc Resort. This was not our first visit, and once again the resort exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The beach was stunning, the pools were excellent, and the entire property was clean, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. What impressed us most was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping team, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the overall service quality truly reflected the resort’s five-star standard. The resort is also very family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time together. Every visit leaves us with wonderful memories, which is why we keep choosing New World Phu Quoc whenever we return to the island. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay.
