I made a check and paid for the room Then it turned out there was no hot water in the shower I returned to the reception with the luggage and agreed with the reception representatives to cancel the deal. But they said that the money they received 5 minutes ago will be returned within 30 days. 30 days passed and nothing was returned.

The location is the best that can be! Rooms have a splendid sea view! The room, balcony and lobby are very nice. The international breakfast choices in the buffet can be improved, the Thai choices were quite good. Hope to be back.

No working wifi, poor breakfast, very poor service. Troubles with unreliable hot water in the shower. I asked to fix things but it did not happen. The hotel us in a good central position near the beach but is not very charming. Rather characterless
