I'd describe this hotel as mutton dressed up as lamb. Good location, grand entrance but average after that. Reception staff not very outgoing or friendly. Rooms average and I never used the restaurant. I only went to Pattaya because I could not get a flight out of Koh Chang. The whole town is smelly dump. I dont understand the attraction.

The good, location, sea view The bad, poor breakfast, minimum items, staff doesn't fill plates. House keepers and supervisors rude. The Ugly, upon arrival after a long and hot day, shower wasnt operational. It took about an hour and a half to fix. This should have been checked prior! No one offered me a replacement room, had to wait, or a compensation. During my stay of a few days, I broke a drinking glass. Upon leaving they insiated on charging me 100 baht and took it out of my deposit.?! Has anyone been to a restaurant and by mistake dropped a glass on the floor and was charged for the cost of the material? My arguments didn't help. Can't recommend Find a more friendly hotel
