Hermann Hotel Pattaya

I booked a full ocean view room and they gave me a partial view. Front desk staff was not helpful and neither the manager

Pathetic hotel and staff.They either don’t understand English or pretend to do so.they have very rude behaviour towards Indian I feel.They charge so much for breakfast but provide very less option.The hotel is pathetic..no service at all

We stayed room 1008 - Lobby area is great but the room was very bad, it was dirty, there was a lot of dust, and there were still condoms from the people who stayed before so I took it and informed the staff when checking out but there wasn't even any apology. - Breakfast should have more variety. -It's not worth the price.

Great hotel.

I loved the location the only pool was lovely and quiet. The thing i didn’t like was it was advertised with a gym and thst had been closed down. Also we had to wait to 3 to get into our roo. The cleaners were lovely

Great little hotel. Super clean room and great location.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. Conveniently located across from the beach. Minutes from the infamous Walking Street. The breakfast buffet was really good.

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was very fast. I was clear that the outside of the building and the lobby were updated and made the hotel look new. I stayed in the executive King Ocean View Delux room and there was nothing executive or delux about the room. The room furniture was old, the bathroom was very small and the bed was very hard. There wasn’t a chair in the room that was suitable to lounge and relax in and the television was very small seemed like a 25 inch TV. Relaxing in the room during the day was not an option because of this. I pretty much stayed outside until I was sleepy enough to fall asleep on anything.

The view was amazing and location was great. Everything was in walking distance of the place. The room and facilities felt luxurious and amazing. It was an extremely fun experience that was made great by this hotel.

definitely was not disappointed. rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing. staff themselves spoke decent English and were always smiling. Location is superb. You can literally walk to walking street and central mall and across the road is the beach front. would definitely be back!
