The Lodge Lake Chelan

Beautiful hotel, great accommodations, in very walkable area, close to coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the outdoor pool and sitting areas and my kids enjoyed the game room.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Close to the water.

Rooms are nice with very comfortable bedding and a nice large Smart TV. Pool, spa and pickleball courts are all very nice as well. We had a lovely stay.

The property location is excellent with many options close to the resort. The resort is clean and well kept. There are no food options on site but within a ten minute walk have almost anything one would like. There is no staff on site after 5:00 PM so it would be wise to prepare any needed services prior.

Good Property, Terrible Management Company. The check in process was entirely botched! Check in information and access code was not provided, despite all information requirements being met early. Texts and emails to management were not answered. Telephone calls were not answered, even after several minutes on on hold but were instead diverted to voice mail that was never answered. After repeated calls to the management company number provided, we finally got someone to answer the phone and send the necessary access codes, albeit long after check in time. What a joke! I WOULD FIRE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY! We will never stay there again and will get the word out to others accordingly.

WE never received housekeeping, it was hot and the ac worked just ok. bed was comfy. area was quiet and pool was nice.

Wonderful stay! The room was spacious and very on theme. Staff was friendly and helpful. Requested a balcony with Mountain View - it was a shared patio on the car park but we still enjoyed sitting outside. Would definitely stay there again!

The location of the property is close to the town of Manson. Hotel is super clean and most importantly, although staff is only present during limited hours. They do respond very promptly.

Room was clean and comfortable however, there was no hairdryer and bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable. The staff all go home at 5;30. Before we left home we had issues with precheckin link not working therefore not being able to submit driver license to receive door code. Some phone calls later that was resolved and key code was granted however when we arrived (after daytime staff left) the key code didn’t work😖. We are hot and tired and can’t get into our room and no staff to help….more phone calls to ther remote management and we received another code that did work. We stay in hotels rather than airbnbs precisely for this reason…there should be staff onsite to immediately help with issues such as missing hairdryers and inoperable door locks. Also the handicap door opener didn’t work…sorry for wheelchair or walker folks.

Felt like the price did not reflect the hotel. Was not expecting tissue paper toilet paper and tissues, not able to take hangers off the rod, lack of views (even though advertised differently). Staff great, hotel clean but very basic amenities for cost. Also, sounded like an alarm clock going off at 5am in our adjoining room. Continued for about an hour each day so we were awaken and unable to get back to sleep.
