Disappointed in our stay. Check in time was supposed to be 4 PM, which is already rather late. We did not get our room till closer to five. The room wreaked of insecticide. Furthermore, we found a bat in the hallway.

Overall good experience. Would stay again.

Property was great but it’s hard to enjoy when staff especially the upper management constantly harasses you and your group. We’re out at the pool and kids were all swimming having a great time. And of course kids will be kids. They’re laughing, yelling over another, just another day swimming outside. The staff member came out at 7pm and said we’re too loud and they completely kicked us all out and locked the gate to the pool because there’s one person in the room said we’re loud. It was 89 degrees at 7pm. The pool closes at 9pm. To kick out a bunch of families out of the pool in daylight, what would all the kids do? There’s nothing else around in the area. We paid for the hotel and its amenities. And another incident, I paid extra for late check out. The manager pound on my door at 10am and told me I’m supposed to be out right now in a rude way. I told her I paid for my late checkout, and she turned around without apologizing with an attitude. The manager or upper staff member is a thick lady, short curly black hair with glasses on. About 5’6 and looks like she hates life. So rude and unprofessional. Love the hotel but my family and I booked 6 rooms that we totally regret. We should’ve taken our business elsewhere that we’ll feel appreciated

The outdoor pool / hot tub area was nice and hotel is walkable to coffe shop and a few other small businesses in Mansano

The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave! Once we did, we ventured to the pool and hot tub, checked out the pickleball court, and then came back in to play a game of pool in the game room. You can stay entertained without even leaving. If you walk just a couple minutes down the road, there’s a nice place to swim and plenty of options for drinks and dining. We added another night to our stay because we loved this place so much. We’ll be coming back every summer.

Great stay in Manson. Big room and friendly staff.

Would stay here again next time

When I put the their sign on the door to tidy up, they threw clean towels on our cooler and didn’t give us toilet paper even though I asked. We had to get TP from the lobby restroom. No removal of dirty glasses or mugs.

Terrible experience. Health hazard if you are prone to headaches due to the piped in overly strong fragrance that permeates every corner of the room. No windows. No way out. Had to check out after only one night stay of a three night prepaid stay do you think we got a dime back, not on your life.
