clean and comfortable room with lots of space. plenty of parking. very nice property.

Part of any travel experience is meeting and talking to people. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, no one at the desk when I had Wifi connectivity issues, no one at the desk when I wanted to ask about dinner recommendations. My understanding is the desk was staffed in the middle of the day, when I was out. While the staff on the phones were nice, they weren't readily available. I had to call, leave a message and wait for them to return my call. I understand saving costs, but this is too extreme. I'll be looking for a hotel stay outside of your chain next time. I enjoy people.

Our friends had to change room as it smelled of mould. Ours was just OK

Room was comfortable. Front desk gal was friendly and helpful. The lobby looks very unwelcoming after 4 pm when she leaves and lights are turned off. It was very frustrating the day of check-in when no one would answer the phone.

Clean and spacious

The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Not much service after 5:30 pm, and the fact that they closed the pool an hour early for their own convenience was annoying. Still, the property is very clean and very well cared for.

It was okay. Room was clean and beds were good. NO elevator, Had to hauling luggage. No reception desk. Everything AI. Felt wrird

The pool was not tidy. Old towels from the day before. There was a bar of soap in our toilet and the room was not properly stocked with toilet paper and towels. The first time we stayed was much nicer.
