Lovely hotel in a great location- short drive to a fantastic beach- loads of pubs and restaurant nearby

Very clean. Good size modern rooms. Quiet.

Have stayed here three times now and standards have pretty much been retained. Very clean with good air con. Staff friendly and helpful from Marco and Inma in the breakfast buffet through to the reception staff and the cleaning ladies who do an excellent job with the rooms. Rated as a four star hotel, due to a few shortfalls I would rate it overall as a high 3 star which could close in on four star with a few tweaks. Firstly I would say the food was not very warm and replenishment needs improving particularly the scrambled egg often almost empty and left too long. The breakfast buffet lacked choice and variation. Next the rooms do not provide Tea / Coffee making facilities which even a Premier Inn do. We purchased a travel kettle from Euronics just across the road and tea / coffee from the Mercadona. The safe in the rooms are not fixed in any way perhaps making them easy to remove. The plastic sun beds by the pool are uncomfortable and need some sort of cover or cushions. Underground car parking should be free for guests although you can park free at the Mercadona car park. Ratings out of 10 as follows. Hotel overall 8 - Make the tweaks then 10 Staff 10 Rooms 9 - If tea facilities 10 Car parking 4 - Free underground parking then 10 Bathrooms / shower 10 Food 7 - better choice and variations and hot then 10 Location 9 Pool area 9 Loungers 6 Safe 5 - if fixed down then 10 Will stay here again.

The hotel and staff were fantastic, just one thing in my opinion they could improve? the evening menu in the restaurant( for me it was a little to fancy) they should have alternatives?( maybe a soup of the day? or for the main course a gammon steak or a pizza) something ordinary?but that’s just my opinion?

Very nice hotel in Gran alacant Needed somewhere near the airport for a couple of nights The room was small but comfortable. Good shower. Usual white towels that are not soft anymore. Bottle of water ( only the first night) . Breakfast was standard buffet. Not bad but at 12€ , a little expensive. Nice balcony. Based in the shopping center and a main road outside but the double glazing did ok. Loads of restaurants within walking distance.

The facilities were an excellent condition. The pool was extremely satisfying and the overall vibe of the building was great. The foyer flowers and display was a welcome. The selection at breakfast was not great and could be improved, but the quality of what we had was very nice. A selection that is more vegan would have been appreciated.

Extremely nice and clean hotel

Everything was excellent at this hotel, the hotel is fantastic the service is great and a special mention to Esmeralda on reception she went over and above to make my stay most enjoyable thank you, if there is one negative thing to mention? the restaurant menu, again the staff were absolutely brilliant everyone one of them, but the menu was not the best. I am speaking as an individual that it is far to fancy, you can have your fine dining? but you also need an alternative?as in maybe soup of the day and for the main course a gammon steak or a pizza?(that is just a suggestion?) but thank you very much for great time
