Great location, with easy access to where we wanted to go. Well set up apartment, stylish, clean and tidy.

Not much really - we had a little confusion connecting with a host representative..... otherwise all was good.

Property was in the good location

Firstly we were 4 adults stayed for 6 days and we called them for some extra towels as there were on 2 towels and they told us we need to pay extra if we need more towels. We asked them for a house keeping and lade was so rude and told us we need to pay extra for housekeeping too it never happened before that we need to pay extra for housekeeping.

The apartment is run down and requires maintenance. The front side door doesn’t lock on the bottom floor and its easy to gain access to the house in a high traffic pedestrian area. The front paver at door is broken and a trip hazard. The home has yellow stained bedding and mould in bathrooms. The house often doesn’t have hot water in morning. The air conditioner remote control doesn’t work for upstairs air conditioner Many basic kitchen items were missing including oven pans, kettle and toaster. The rubbish shoot stopped working and was locked and not operating on our last day. The washing machine broke and poor communication system means you can’t speak to anyone in Australia directly and it goes overseas. There was a significant communication breakdown on arrival. We had organised keys to be left at reception of another hotel. When we arrived at 1am the concierge didn’t speak English and couldn’t locate the keys. We had to call the support phone number- to a person in another country- who then relayed to the concierge that the keys were there and to provide them to us. This process took 3 hours and we didn’t arrive at our accommodation until just before 4am due to this poor communication and service. The staff kept entering the apartment without ringing the doorbell.

Wobbly toilet seat & slight smell in ensuite -plumbing issues?
