The Staff! We appreciated the lovely welcome at Reception and kind, friendly professionalism of absolutely everyone we met right up to taxi organised for us on check out. I hope Hilton appreciate their staff in Hampton York!

Enjoyed the choice at Complimentary Breakfast, apart from the scrambled eggs... We like our choice of eggs in Ireland and Britain! Next time I'm booking, I'll be interested to see if Hilton Hotels respond to their clients' preferences!

Fabulous location, 5 min from the Shambles. We loved the Spark food place across the road. The aircon and iced water very welcome in the heat wave. Decent breakfast too. Great view of canal /river from our room.
