Breakfast buffet was exceptional with convenient hours. No ice makers in the hotel but staff at the bar always willing to provide ice. Staff very helpful and nice. Room had a refrigerator adding to convenience. Location was fantastic inside city walls. Easy walking distances to shopping, tourist attractions and numerous bars and restaurants. Easy walk from train station.

Room looked out into large construction building. Heating system complicated so had difficulty cooling down room. Washroom got hot and steamy after a shower.

It was ok

They double charged my credit card on a deposit after I’d prepaid a 159% overcharged rate via booking.com then I immediately had 17 credit card transactions within minutes which has taken fraud investigations from my bank and the inconvenience of canceling a credit card whilst traveling. I still have a credit pending hold on my account from their second swipe. I returned to the UK two weeks after this disaster and had a series of customers complaining of double charges with me at the desk. I rate their front desk employees as highly dubious
