Breakfast was good

not being able to get a hot drink when sat in the lobby during the day or evening.

Comfy room

2 hotels of exactly the same name. We went to the wrong hotel. Just why?!

Good breakfast. Coffee could have been better. Good location. Clean room, but not a great view from window.

Paying £18 a day to park.

The breakfasts were very good. The hotel was clean. The modern construction provided excellent sound-proofing, e.g. one couldn't hear the guests on the floor above using the shower.

There were too few coffee machines in the restaurant, which created queues. Moreover one of the two coffee machines was out of action on 2 out of our 3 days. The hot drinks facilitated in the the room were the bare minimum. Considering what we were paying a wider choice of drinks would have given an adequate impression. The lifts were small; and only 2 of them for a large hotel? Also, when we arrived an hour elapsed until we were checked in due to computer issues. No discount was given from the price - what if we had had an appointment for something?
