"The area wasn’t to far from secret beach. The staff helped book our dinner reservation. They also help book our flights"

"I left and went to caye caulker , where the people was sweet and friendly"

It was new and beautiful

The staff was awful, they try to pay for my daughter room Whn I got there and she wasn’t coming till the middle of the week!! They also was forcing me to pay for my room before I even got in the country. The property was a ghost town. And every thing is usd and they try to give you back Belize currency.

Helpfulness of staff in organizing stay and transportation. Food!

Construction sounds but I know that's not avoidable. Also wanted to check in early. The hotel was not busy and seemed like they could have accommodated that but didn't.

The shuttle to and from the hotel costs extra but they didn’t tell us until checkout. You need permission from they to enter the gym. Plus we were told it was 24/7 but it wasn’t

Quietness of the room to work while on vacation and others were outside partying

The sound system failed during the wedding I was attending and we couldn't hear the bride and groom and officiant clearly
