Great location clean plenty of room and well equipped

Very tidy and clean. Very friendly staff, always replied very fast on messages. Very secure door lock which helped our peace of mind.

Nothing within their control, but the location was 20 mins away from the town. By my own choice

Spotlessly clean, as described, helpful staff with excellent communication. Good location for Manchester half marathon and close to our daughter at Media City.

The location is good, very close to a few bus and tram stops, serene neighbourhood. The Wifi was great. I liked that 3 fans were available as it was summer.

The building seemed more like a hostel and the position of the apartment in the building felt quite isolating. Despite my late check-in, I was stunned to meet a very dirty apartment with food scraps all over the place and filthy kitchen appliances (pics attached). The bathroom floor felt sticky and dirty. The bedroom was not spared - hair on the bed and a false eyelash laying around. I had to sweep the floor shortly after arrival and thankfully I brought my own sheets. In fairness, after I complained the host apologised and sent a cleaner to clear up the mess the following morning. It could feel cramped in the apartment. The bedrooms and hallway are quite small and if you have a bit of luggage you would struggle to find room for them. There are no major grocery stores nearby the apartment but consider the long walk good exercise :).
