The location of the property, the standards inside the property- were excellent

Sorry.. but the pillows were too hard and that’s just personal preference

The location was very good. The house was very clean and nicely presented. Having somewhere to Park and a private garden was perfect as we could leave the car safely and also enjoy the lovely weather after a days walking. The best view from a kitchen sink ever!

We are a regular visitor at the Fletchers Rest and we absolutely love it ! It ticks all our boxes from start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone. The decor is stylish and modern, it has all the facilities that anyone could wish for. The beds are the comfiest we have ever slept in and always get a fantastic nights sleep. The location is fab and easy to walk into town with the hustle and bustle but it’s also great with a family to know you aren’t in the thick of it. Overall a truly wonderful gem we have found !

The house and garden were great. Charlotte provided fantastic information for the property and the area - she gave a really full list of restaurant recommendations well before we arrived so we were able to book two meals both of which were fantastic. Really helpful. The keybox meant that we could arrive once to suit us. It was perfect. Whitby itself was super - a real mix of traditional seaside resort and then something very different. We loved it.

There was nothing we disliked - the house and garden were lovely.

The property was spotless, has everything needed in a home. Comfortable, accessible and beautifully decorated. The hosts responded to any questions quickly and left a little gift for when you arrived! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic accommodation, spotlessly clean and the perfect location for us as parking available on site. The walk down into town was easy and a bit of exercise going back up! Super clear instuctions/communication from our hosts. Loved it! Thank you.
