"Lovely bungalow"

Lovely bungalow well decorated and furnished. Good location. Added bonus of off street parking.

Needed a welcome pack with information with regards to the central heating, wifi code, etc. Missing a shelf or storage in the bathroom as there is nowhere to put your toiletries.

"Enjoyable weekend break"

We arrived early & I messaged Charlotte to see if she would mind us going in as we were all bursting for the loo. I received a quick response saying it was fine. We walked in to find a welcome card and carton of select biscuits which was a nice touch alongside tea bags, coffee & milk. The bungalow was immaculate and modern with everything you could need to make our stay feel home from home. As someone who suffers from a bad back, going on holiday is like playing a game of Russian roulette when sleeping in a different bed. The beds were so comfortable we all slept well and I hopped out the next morning as easily as I'd hopped in the night before, which was a huge bonus for me. A maximum 10-minute walk into Whitby, maybe a little longer on the way back as it's quite hilly but we are all in our 50's or 70's. I would highly recommend and most definitely book again if we were visiting Whitby.

Once we’d located the road it was easy. Bungalow had been extremely well fitted out with high quality finish & equipment.

Only 4 mugs so jf there were 4 staying it would have been tedious

The house was beautiful and very clean, the bed was very comfortable the en suite in bedroom with a very nice shower, spacious backyard and the location was perfect with very nice views from the kitchen window of the Abbey and only a 5 minutes walk to the centre.

Beautiful bungalow in a fantastic location with the added bonus of parking

Only negative, would be that there was only one plate, cup, glass etc per person which meant that the dishwasher was put to a lot of use.
