Clean, functional and in a very convenient location.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Great views of the Abbey. The venue was selected as we had a family member who struggles with walking, being a bungalow was spot on. Having both an en-suite and a main bathroom allowed us to keep the two couples separate. The venue had everything needed to facilitate a great holiday (the welcome card & biscuits were a nice touch). The hosts kept us well informed throughout the approach to the stay with great information about the local area.

If there was any complaint it would be the lack of somewhere to put your toiletries in the en-suite and both en-suite and main bathroom would benefit from a couple of over the door hooks. From previous reviews this has also been mentioned by previous guests...

Electric shower in main bathroom not powerful enough

Extremely comfortable and well looked after property with off road driveway parking. Really close to Whitby town centre so ideal for exploring. Charlotte, our host, was lovely and kept in regular contact throughout which was very much appreciated.

No negatives at all. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

Well positioned with parking, in excellent order with comfortable modern furniture and all mod cons including good WiFi, smart TV’s etc. in great condition with everything working.

Excellent stay at fletchers rest. Nice touch of fizz and birthday card for my partner. The location is great and the view of the abbey from the bungalow is such a bonus! We will be returning and have booked our next stay! Thank you so much Charlotte and Craig, what a goldmine you have there!
