Fletchers Rest

The keys were in a key safe, the owner sent the code upon arrival. This holiday home was everything you would expect from a 5* hotel. The owners left a card welcoming us to their property along with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. The bungalow was spotless throughout. The kitchen had dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. One shower was en-suite the other a bath and shower. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The outside space was a lovely place to chill. The living room had TV, radio and fire. If like me you are not technically blessed all the information for remotes etc were in the property for your perusal. My friend and I recommend this property 100% and we would stay at this bungalow again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. It was perfect from the moment we booked, arrived at the property to leaving.

Everything! Fletchers Rest was a home away from home in a fantastic location and with on site parking. It was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed. The Christmas Tree was a lovely festive addition. Charlotte the host was great at communicating with us and was on hand if we needed anything, which we didn't. This place is a gem and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Whitby and the surrounding area

Very enjoyable stay. Very clean and well furnished.

Parking was a problem. Although there is a driveway it is on a slope which was made difficult by a neighbour parking his large car opposite the drive. Luckily mine is a medium size car I wouldn't have liked to park a large car there.

The accommodation was perfect for my mum and I.There was everything in the property that we required, plus instructions to work various things, for example, the heating, the cooker, the instruction manuals were to hand. The location was fantastic, as you work out of the property, the Abbey is across the way. The station and town are but a few minutes walk..I highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to stay a few days and like the freedom to come and go.

Everything was lovely. Fabulous location with own drive. Bungalow was spotlessly clean and quiet. Comfy beds. Lovely little walk into town (approx 5 mins)

Beautiful bungalow, fully equipped and nice and clean Beds were super comfy! Great that it had a driveway as parking can be a struggle , easy to leave the car there and walk down into Whitby within 5 minutes Nice to be given access to the property slightly earlier than check in time
