Glenwood Inn - Stroudsburg

Went beyond my expectations.

The inn was unexpected, I thought it'd be more hotel like. The room had a mildewy smell, the toilet was loose, the fawcet leaked/gushed water from behind and the room was cold. I chose this place based on the good reviews, which I learned are suspect, and that it says plain as day that it's fully refundable. It's not. Like the other reviewer said, the TV was so small and there were no channels and yes a hard blanket.

Property convenient to trails and food places. needs to be updated.

David was extremely helpful and understanding. I enjoyed our conversations. For the money, this was a good choice.

Parking lot is very dark. Doors are jam. Not as a advertised.

Absolutely the worst place i ever stayed smell was terrible half the place closed and run down room was either a sauna or a icebox no blow dryer blankets dirty asked for more got itchy old army style beds so hard towels sized for a small child tv kept resetting every time it turned off thank god someone left thier Netflix logged in otherwise wouldnt have tv so out dated and when had to call to get tv working owners didnt know how to do it barely spoke english and charged and extra $20 when we got here cause reservation said only 1 person 😳 if i could give negative stars i would

The property is great as per the proce. Everything is just as mentioned with a great view. The room and amenities are great. Highly recommended
