Glenwood Inn - Stroudsburg

The pictures online must be for renovated rooms. Our room (35) was very outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was thin, the toilet wobbled, the entrance door rubbed against the frame and would screech every time we opened it and when we turned the heat on it smelled musty. Would not stay here again.

They don't keep up with this preperty. Other than that it was not that bad.

We could not check on the hotel Hotel was locked and no one avialable

old property, big abandoned hotel/resort on the property, i wish i had the opportunity to explore it. its not a new or luxury motel, owner picked uo the phone whenver i called to let him know my eta. we got in around 10pm. its a mom and pop, not a chain, so dont expect 24 hour service. and its the cheapest game in town. judge it for what it is and you wont be disappointed.

Absolute nightmare. Owner was the worst person I have ever dealt with. So bad that i left 2 days early. Pool is dirty and cracked all over. Water in hot tub looks brown. Do not go to this property it is not worth the money.

Very clean rooms and quiet outside

The beds were aweful. The room was so dusty my asthma was triggered. The potholes were so aweful, it looks like the property hadnt been cared for in YEARS. Litterly felt like i was pulling into a haunted hotel when i first arrived. The parking like aside from the holes were dangerous, no signa, no anything and cars just driving around aimlessly. It looks like it was a beautiful place many moons ago but today is barely operational. Id like to add that quilt were musty, sink was dirty, hole in the wall covered with packing tape, only 1 working lamp there was no other lighting at all. Fridge hardly worked and no one was ar the desk this morning to even conplain too. Id like my money back please.

Overall, the stay was ok. They do offer a nice getaway for the price paid for. The reason I have a two star review is because the owner showed a poor level of professionalism at times as well a bad attitude.

Kinda of run down.
