First of all the front office staff are awesome and friendly notably Christabel, Edward and Bathsheba. The menu is impeccable and the service team is simply professionally welcoming!!

Business hotel near the airport in Nairobi which catered for a lot of safari travellers. Food was good in the restaurant rooms where excellent even with the 3rd bed in place. Mattresses where very firm needed a topper for us so bare this in mind if staying for more than a few days. Security was good in the hotel and a highlight for us was the spa very affordable and quality massages given.

Eka Hotel Eldoret – My Home Away From Home I had the pleasure of staying at Eka Hotel Eldoret for two nights during a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the reception was warm and professional. I called just 24 hours before arrival and was pleasantly surprised to be given a spacious corner room — quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. The service was outstanding. Every request was handled promptly by the friendly and professional staff, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. And the food? Absolutely legendary! Every meal was a delight. Eka Hotel Eldoret is now my go-to place whenever I’m in town — truly a home away from home.

Our stay at Eka Hotel was wonderful. We were in Eldoret for business, and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The team not only anticipated our needs but also went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Due to a very tight schedule, we had to check out in the early hours of the morning—at 2 a.m. The staff, led by Christabel, thoughtfully set alarms for us and called our rooms at 1:30 a.m. to ensure we were awake. Very mindful indeed. In addition, they had packed breakfast ready for our team of four. We felt truly appreciated and valued. I recommend Eka Hotel Eldoret—not just for its elegance, but for the exceptional care and professionalism of the team.

Getting to the hotel from the airport is affordable and quite seamless. The dining and room experience was great. The complementary gym and swimming make for a great experience. Location within the mall is great as you can get almost anything you need. Definitely value for money.
