Eka Hotel Eldoret

Had a great stay at Eka Eldoret. I was received by Friendly staff who were very helpful during my entire stay. The hotel had a great ambience. The rooms and every utility are very clean and well maintained. The food variety is very accommodative for every palate. The location is convenient for ease of access.

It was truly a pleasure staying at Eka.. I deeply appreciated the hospitality, attention to detail, and the warm atmosphere throughout my time there. They not only met but exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying with them again in the future and will gladly recommend Eka to others.

EKA Hotel is top facility in Eldoret city that meets international standards i terms of rooms, conference and food and beverage. It has the capacity to host an international conference.

The food was 10/10. I also frequent their gym, which is well-equipped and consistently well-maintained, the personal trainers are friendly and accomodating.Eka Hotel truly delivers a seamless blend of comfort, luxury, and efficiency. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Africa. It is an absolute jewell, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is great being right above the Rupa mall. The gym and swimming pool are also excellent and I spent a lot of time out on the patio outside the bar relaxing and working

Visited Eka hotel located in the new Rupa Mall. The super location and the ease of access and serene environment with a forest of high mature trees a few yards away gave the hotel a fresh aura that makes you want to stay more and more. Great all-round hospitality makes it a definite candidate for a repeat performance

I’m not usually the type to hand out five-star reviews, but in this case, it would be unfair not to give credit where it’s due—Cesar deserves what belongs to Cesar. My stay at Eka Eldoret was nothing short of delightful. The rooms were not only comfortable but exuded a world-class ambiance that made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely sumptuous, and the service? Exceptional. The staff were attentive, proactive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work—they were always available even before I needed to ask. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the half-board plan. I found it a bit limiting in terms of variety and flexibility. Enhancing this could elevate the experience from great to truly exceptional. Overall, Eka Eldoret impressed me in all the right ways. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a pleasant stay overall—great food and a wonderful ambience made for a relaxing visit. However, my first impression of the customer service was a bit off. The check-in and check-out process were slow, as the receptionist was juggling multiple customers at once. Thankfully, Bathsheba stepped in to speed things up and made me feel much more comfortable.

Great customer service. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The level of professionalism from some of the staff was impressive. Just to point out Christabel, Bathsheba, Carol and Edward were particularly diligent, gracious and very kind.
