Eka Hotel Eldoret

Great hotel with good food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to Valary, Bernard, Ruth and Thomas. Always feels like visiting family when we visit Eka Eldoret!

Very nice property and friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and clean and the food portioning was top notch.

Whether travelling for leisure or business the hotel offers a wide array of services and has exceptional service personnel. Its serene environment and ambience enable one to relax and work even when one has extremely busy schedules.

I had a great time while at EKA. The staff was welcoming. The food was tasty especially the fact that it is a 24/7 restaurant 👏🏾 The room was so accommodating and the bed was comfy. I really enjoyed my experience. Looking forward to coming back 😌

My wife and I had an amazing stay, we decided to spend an extra night that we hadn't originally planned to do.

I needed to move up my reservation to start a day earlier and to stay for the same number of days I had reserved already (i.e., no additional days). My agent informed me that the hotel would be able to easily amend the reservation on their side. On the day I showed up (2/23/2025), this hotel kept me waiting for one and half hours before checking me in, with the manager stating that they had figured things out. The story changed on 2/24, with them insisting that I needed to pay for an extra day which I would not use. This despite their management having guaranteed me the day prior that it would not be an issue, and also despite my travel agent calling them. Would avoid this hotel unless absolutely necessary.

I really enjoyed the stay. Front office were very helpful, Faith really helped a lot. Housekeeping Laurence was nice and security Arogo helped us to navigate the mall. We will definitely come back with the company. The food was good and the conferences we good.
