MOOD HAUS by DW - 70's Retro Stays

PROS: The inside of the place does looks exactly like the pictures online but beside that.....CONS: The place is located in a really bad neighborhood. There's mold on the walls behind bed. No hot water for the shower. They only provided one towel for the whole stay. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom.. Hand dryer wasn't working.

I loved the theme of it, i went here to celebrate for my 18th birthday and it was absolutely amazing! the only thing is the area its in is very run down so it may be different to see since its not in a tourist area, but the resturaunts in the area is amazing.

Lovely stay. I enjoyed myself at mood haus. Although, there were some inconveniences. The shower did not drain, the AC stopped working, and there were many ants in the shower. We did contact management and they helped us the next day and also gave us each a voucher to enjoy breakfast at their sister hotel, The Dreamcatcher. To shower our first day my husband had to unscrew the drain so the water could drain (partially). The handyman did come and replace the drain as promised but this did not help with the draining of the water. They did inform us that ants are sprayed for biweekly and there was raid provided in the home. Also, the AC was back on and running. Some in conviences that weren’t controllable was the lack of hot water, and the fact that despite being told our luggage could be left in the unit until 1 pm after we checked out at 11 am, we came back and found our luggage outside on the porch. Again it was beautiful, just some inconviences along the way.

Beautiful property. Felt very safe. Everything was super clean. Good neighborhood. Short walking distance to the beach.

We stayed in the Gloria unit, I loved the layout of the apartment. It was super chic and cute, especially the disco ball. Our unit had an outdoor tub which was also nice. My only complaints would be the shower doesn’t drain fast so within 5 minutes the bathrooms flooded and there were ants on the bathroom counters. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay and close to everything

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything is close by. The best customer service ever!

Beautiful decor, loved the vibe, clean & I felt safe, decent location not far from airport or eateries. My only complaint is my shower water didn’t get hot or warm- not that night nor morning. Everything else was perfect!

Great property great location walking distance from Calle Loíza middle of everything.
