MOOD HAUS by DW - 70's Retro Stays

This property was amazing and clean. I would definitely stay here again. The property thought about absolutely every tiny detail down to earplugs if needed. I will be booking with them again especially after finding out they had an additional property on the island.

It was super cute! I liked all the little 70s decor they had in the room. The soaking tub outside was nice. The shower was great too but unfortunately do to someone doing laundry early in the morning i wasn't able to have hot/warm water. Other then that it was a nice little place.

We really enjoyed staying here. Like most people we look at reviews and this unit had great ones. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s like a diamond in the rough as far as location. There is very limited parking on the streets. We had to park 10 minutes away which isn’t bad and most streets are one ways where people park on both sides of the street which makes it very difficult to drive down the road.

We had a lovely stay here. There were many restaurants nearby to eat at and it was a quick Uber ride to see the beaches and old San Juan.

This was so super close and convenient to everything. The studio is decorated really well and not a detail was missed. Also, super clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub, disco ball, and record player. We rented a car and there is no dedicated parking ( you have to find a spot on the street) but, that was never a problem. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the airport. We arrived super late, due to our flight being delayed, but the staff was absolutely wonderful, accommodating, and easy to get in touch with. It has a full kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. No detail was overlooked. We ordered door dash a couple of times and it was wonderful, with no issues. The noodle house was a must try. Overall, this place was great. It was exactly what we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation. It was comfy, quiet, and perfect for two people. I also loved the French press, it was so appreciated.

Mood House was a perfect introduction to SJ for my family. Walking distance to the beach, cafés, shops- everything. It is on a residential street, so it was quiet. There are a ton of bars and nightlife, but that wasn’t our scene and we co-existed beautifully. Also, there was plenty of room so everyone could still have some alone time during siesta.

Great for 5 adults. Cute neighborhood. Narrow street for parking cars. Pinkey’s restaurant for breakfast around the corner. Decor is as pictured, and turntable works great.

Great apartment & location.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have experienced! Super cool decor, the bed was so comfy, and the outdoor bath was awesome! Very convenient location and just steps away from lots of food/entertainment. The only thing that could improve is the communication with staff- our ac wasnt on when we arrived and we couldnt figure out how to get it to turn on- despite google etc. I called the dreamcatcher, one of their other properties and was able to talk to staff/get help immediately- y'all should just provide their number instead of whatever 800 number associated with the property that never answered.
