Southernhay Court Apartments

The location of the flat was very good making it an easy quick walk into the city centre. The flat was in a quiet location and having paid parking on the site was good.

Minor issues internally, externally from our lounge window we could see the contents of rubbish bags which looked like they had been ripped open and the contents had been scattered across the path and greenery.

Ground floor flat: very musty/damp the smell wasn’t pleasant at all. I went to open the window just to find a load of rubbish outside and the smell wasn’t pleasant just as bad outside. The sofa felt damp so didn’t sit on that. The fridge door was open and the thermostat was set to warm… so that absolutely stinks. The place in general was a busy place. So you can hear the neighbours… so a rough night sleep

The location was very convenient. The staff (we only exchanged via message or email) were very nice.

The property was not cleaned before our arrival. It was very hot and there is no AC. The second you enter the apartment you can feel the humidity and The bin location was also just outside the windows and mixed with the high temperatures (30 degrees celcius) it gave a horrible smell. The fridge did not close properly and the bed sheets had staines.
