Safe ødelagt, gammelt og sliten og balkong var kun en stripe med en 2,5m vegg på utsiden

The staff was very personable & helpful. My room was very clean. It was very centrally located. It was safe. I did miss a fridge though. And the locckbox was out of service.

Emplacement très bien pour dépanner seulement inacceptable d’avoir une chambre pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur et demande d’avoir une autre chambre avec fenêtre et non réceptive

Me gustó que mi habitacion tenia varios detalles y sin problema me asignaron otra. Es una habitacion con lo básico para dormir, pero a ISla no vas a un resort, vas a disfrutar de la Isla!!!! Serviciales, a 2 cuadras del ferry, a 1 cuadra de transportes. Muy cerca de comercios, comidas. Caminando a playa norte. Todo muy cerca y centrico! A 2 cuadras del oxxo, y justo al lado de un SIX para comprar cualquier cosa. Repetiria sin pensarlo en mi proximo viaje!!! Gracias!!!

You’d be better off sleeping on the beach. Absolutely terrible. Front desk lady is one of the worst parts of the trip. I read the reviews and thought ehhh maybe people are picky. No really heed the warning and DONT stay. Can’t emphasize enough- DONT STAY

Me da vergüenza opinar sobre el personal. Nos tuvieron esperando mucho tiempo para que apareciera alguien del perosal. Al parecer la señorita estaba ocupada. En general todo podría mejorar. Definitivamente no regreso. Debí invertir más en mi hospedaje.

We booked 3 nights and had to move out after the first night. The room was very small but clean. The biggest problem was the balcony as the door wouldn’t open. Also there was a solid 5 foot solid wall for the railing The tv didn’t work. When we asked at the front desk if we could move & the clerk said “no” The housekeeper said there was a room for us to move to

Do not be fooled by the pictures... unortunately it was not as great as it seemed. PROS: Close Proximity to Ferry, Restaurants and Playa Norte CONS: The rooms were very close to each other and you could hear babies crying,banging and slamming of doors -Bathroom was extremely small- barely enough room to sit down in toilet -bathroom had a very bad smell - like sewage -A piece of hair was found under bed sheets -The room had only 1 bed, there was no chairs or small table
