Cama excelente, o tamanho do quarto, limpeza, o banheiro/ chuveiro sensacional e a equipe muito educada e prestativa (diferencial), parabéns.

Somente um ponto ficou a desejar, iluminação do quarto era muito fraca e não consegui trabalhar no período noturno utilizando meu computador.

Conforto dos quartos

Alguns pontos me chamaram a atenção, principalmente por se tratar de um hotel de alto padrão e com um valor alto. 1) Demora excessiva no check-in. Levei em torno de 30 minutos para realizar, uma vez que grande parte da informações já foram informadas durante a reserva. Além disto, uma formalidade desnecessária e que toma tempo de todos pelo colaborador. 2) Fiz a reserva para 02 pessoas, no quarto haviam apenas 02 toalhas. Geralmente este padrão de hotel, são colocados 02 por pessoa. 3) Por mais que estava em uma semana atípica, isto não justifica a demora no check-in. Eu tinha um casamento as 16:30 e cheguei atrasada por conta disto.
