Excellent hotel right on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres! The level of service, the convenient access to the premium beach and sunbeds makes it an excellent place to rest and simply enjoy the sun and the sea, without a single worry. People complain about breakfast in reviews, but honestly, it was fine - it does take some time, as you order from the menu, as it would in a restaurant (it’s not a buffet). But the food is good quality, and staff are really nice. Sunbeds right on the beach reserved to the hotel guests all day as part of the beach club. And the at the sunbed service throughout the day keeps drinks and food flowing in the most efficient way - we never had to wait for long. Master suite was very spacious, water temperature and pressure were good, and much better than other places we stayed in Mexico. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, getting info for ferry, massages, accommodating our requests and helping with taxies. There is a beauty spa with cosmetic treatments available (facials etc - at the time of our visit they offered a free hydrofacial, which was top notch), and well as spa with great quality/value massages.

Hotel is not monitoring booking.com chat on weekends, so when we were looking to book a transfer, there was a longer delay than we expected (not the end of the world, but to be aware if you have urgent questions). For massages it’s preferred to have cash (not an issue, just a note).

Don't search anymore, if you can afford it, this is the place to be in Isla Mujeres. The hotel is located right on the nicest and most quiet part of Playa Norte, with an easy access to the beach and within walking distance to dowtown and the ferry station. Rooms are comfortable and clean, they come with a fridge and coffe-making facilities. The restaurant is of high quality and the à-la-carte breakfast has a very good choice. The premises have lots of greenery and they are nicely decorated. The staff is kind and professional. All in all, we loved our stay and would be back for sure.

One day, a waitress at the restaurant "suggested" a tip of 20% and added it to our bill. We usually tip 10-15% which is already fair for Mexico. They shouldn't do that.

So glad we chose this hotel for part of our honeymoon! Location on playa Norte was unbeatable, junior suite was clean and had a lovely patio, and the included daybed and breakfast added tremendous value. Knowing we had a place to lay and read and could order a drink on the room anytime without day fees was awesome! Drinks were great and reasonably priced, service always awesome. Brenda (?) and Jonah (sp?) at breakfast were always attentive. We were also able to rent a daily golf cart from just down the block and walk from the ferry terminal. No taxis needed all week. If we go back we will choose this hotel again.

We’ve stayed at this North Beach hotel multiple times, and it never disappoints. The location is ideal—right in the middle of the action during the day, with lively beachgoers enjoying the beautiful shoreline. Yet at night, it transforms into a quiet and peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding. The hotel is attached to Ocean’s Beach Club, which is a great perk. Hotel guests get priority access to day beds but do note make sure to pack your own beach bag and pack the beach towels the hotel provides. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Diego, in particular, is amazing! He remembers us each time we visit and even waved when we saw him in the plaza—such a thoughtful touch that makes us feel welcomed. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and there’s even an on-site spa service available if you want to add a little relaxation to your stay. Highly recommended if you want the best of both worlds—beachfront energy by day, and calm comfort by night.
