Location (amazing beach!), pool.

Cold water in the shower. You have to wait 10-20 minutes for it to arrive, and it’s not stable. Also, the water pressure is low which makes it hard to take a shower. The room is nice but overall the feeling is over priced. It’s too expensive for the hotel facilities, and the price goes mostly for the location and terrific beach (and pool).

When I first entered the bathroom after check-in, I discovered an old, used piece of underwear left behind from a previous guest. I immediately informed the man at the front desk at the time — his name might have been Frederico — he was wearing a pin from the sister hotel next door. Today, when I mentioned the incident again to the woman at the front desk, she did not apologize or offer any acknowledgment.This is not only unacceptable — it represents a serious failure of your housekeeping and quality control standards.

Overall, a great stay, fantastic location, beautiful beach, comfy beach beds, lovely and most helpful staff at the hotel reception. We travelled with a baby, they offered a baby cot at no extra cost. Hotel is small, quiet and cozy, has beautiful minimalistic interiors.

The staff at the Oceanus Beach Club were not engaged, slow and felt rather disconnected at breakfast time. Would forget to bring part of your breakfast order, etc. The staff serving on the beach were much more engaged and helpful though. The Beach Club nearby (other than the one associated with this hotel) were playing loud music which was sometimes rather annoying.

Casa del Jaguar was recommended by my sister in law. It was everything she said and more. Met the owner as well! Definitely will return. The food and drinks were excellent!

La colazione è lentissima, abbiamo aspettato sempre tra i 40 e i 60 minuti prima di ricevere i piatti e mangiare. In generale la location e il servizio in spiaggia potrebbero essere più curati e di livello

O hotel é muito bem localizado, os quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. O atendimento na recepção é exemplar. O Spa é ótimo. A praia é maravilhosa! O único ponto é que enche de barcos na frente do hotel, a partir das 10h da manhã, não se conseguindo olhar o horizonte no mar.

Não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Atendentes ríspidos, sem paciência para hóspedes. Como o hotel tb tem day pass, parece que os hóspedes não tem um atendimento especial, como deveria. Além disso, não há ar condicionado no café da manhã e o atendimento é muito demorado, feito por uma única pessoa. Há restrição do cardápio para o café da manhã. Não se pode pedir qualquer das opções do menu. As instalações já merecem manutenção (colchões, móveis, paredes), mas nada que comprometa q experiência.
