I enjoyed my suite very much and anything or any questions were answered and dealt with promptly. It was most comfortable and the only thing I didn’t actually tell was the floors. I needed to wear my flip flops after I walked around bare foot. My soles were soiled and I didn’t want to climb in my bed with dirty feet. I should have said something as I’m sure they would have addressed it but felt I had bothered them already with an alarm problem that was fixed with a battery change. As I was alone, I just dealt with it. But the hosts are most kind and will see to any comforts. Also, you need codes to get into the entrance and your room. My room code was never a problem but the entrance code was a challenge every time. Excellent area for walking around Phoenix and I felt very safe.

The biggest frustration with this property is the key code on the gate to get into the property. It did not work well. It would take several minutes to finally open the gate. Our room had two plastic dining chairs that were cracked for seating. There was no other seating other than the bed. It would have been nice to have a place to sit other than the bed or a hard chair. We were happy to see a washer and dryer in the unit, however no matter what we tried, the dryer would shut off after 1-2 minutes, never actually drying our clothes. The walls are also in bad shape. Needing patching, paint and general cleaning. The final small issue was the nozzle on the kitchen sink. It was stuck on spray mode and misted everywhere when in use. We really enjoyed the location of the property. Great walking distance to many things or just a quick drive.

Great stay! Very reasonable price for a very nice place, in a fantastic location in easy walking distance from everything I needed. Kudos to the property owner for excellent communication, with prompt responses to all of my questions. Pro tip: Cibo is a block away, and has the best pizza in AZ!

I booked this accommodation for two nights while attending a conference in Phoenix. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit, but there was a noticeable damp smell. Unfortunately, the internet was not working, which also meant no TV access. I immediately contacted the host via text and the Hotels.com platform, and they responded that they were "aware of the issue" and that someone 'might' come out in 48 hours—which was unacceptable since I needed internet for work during my stay. I expressed my urgency, and they said they would "try their best." After that, I never heard from them again. When I later requested a partial refund due to the lack of internet, Hotels.com informed me that the host denied the request, falsely claiming that no issues were reported—despite our messages being documented on the platform. Additionally, the unit is not well-equipped for women. The ironing board is tiny—please invest in a full-size one seriously. The bathroom lighting is terrible—a single small fluorescent light makes it nearly impossible to do makeup properly. Overall, the lack of communication, disregard for guest experience, and dismissive attitude from the host was extremely disappointing. If you need reliable internet or decent amenities, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have stayed at this place before and always enjoyed my stay. The unit I was assigned to was needing upgrades in the bathroom. The unit was next to an exit door for the complex and every time the door was used it shook the door to my unit waking me up during the night. The unit was on the bottom floor so noise from the unit above was heard.

I had a great stay at this property. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The property is the perfect place for 1-2 people and has a lot of modern touches that make the stay feel like a nice place. It is also in a great location, and I did not hear anything from neighbors during my stay. Overall, I would totally stay here again, and if you're looking for somewhere to stay very close to downtown, you can't beat this price, location, and property manager communication.

Great place … centrally located to downtown venues and good restaurants. Clean, good communication with owner and reasonable rates. Would definitely stay there again.
