Modern Designer Studio with Pool

I was unavoidably delayed in arriving at the property. The security code I was given to open the gate was worthless. Even after being allowed in (by someone who shall remain nameless), I couldn't locate the unit due to the vague directions. There was no office on the premises 🚩 and the management company couldn't be reached by phone. I couldn't even leave a voicemail. 🚩 I was finally compelled to leave, due to time constraints. I'm now out at least $200, which I'll probably never get back. Due to a lack of communication and apparent indifference by absentee management, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The space was really clean and having all the amenities of a home was nice! The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and seemed very safe as there were nightly walks done to nearby restaurants. During my stay I had accessible parking which was a plus.

The place is cute, small but with all amenities that you eould need. Barbewue grill and pool. Great location clise to roosevelt row and dientown. Woukd stay there again!

Overall, the interior apartment is sufficient. The problem mentioned in other reviews about the wifi was still an issue with my recent stay. A test showed less than 1 MBPS download and upload. Vince texted me that he would look into it. But, I didn’t hear back from him. I wouldn't normally care, but the TV is dependent upon the wifi. No wifi = no TV. It felt like Vince wasn't interested in really resolving the problem.

The apartment was just as it's pictured. It's a good location for attending an event in downtown Phoenix (I stayed there while attending a convention at the Phoenix Convention Center) but you'll need transportation. Be sure to read ALL of the fine print in the description (e.g. parking, stairs, TV) before booking.

The apartment was lovely. It has a Queen bed, a full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer. It’s a nice street, near transport; the ASU downtown campus, downtown Phoenix, and Roosevelt Row are all walkable. Downsides: the establishment is run largely by electronic communication and when minor things go wrong you don’t have a front desk person. Generally this was a minor annoyance when the occasional thing didn’t work: the temperature control and front gate both were malfunctioning somewhat. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was decent and in a really nice neighborhood in DT phoenix. However the host did not provide check in instructions all because I didnt pay my cleaning fee before hand when his invoice clearly had a date that was due after my stay. His communication was great when he was asking about me bring pets and added fees for that but never mentioned in any of those emails I needed to pre pay that cleaning fee or I would be denied access. Had to email twice and call numerous numbers on his aardvark site. Super weird and didnt appreciate him taking a non refundable payment for the room but did not provide instructions to get in until I reached out. Room was also not very clean when we checked in. Bedding didn't seem washed, floor made our feet and socks black, and his rules are a little much for the ammount youre paying. We ended up staying at a different place the rest of our trip in Phoenix instead of extending our stay here.

The property itself was fine and the owners were great communicators but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There is assigned parking for other units but not this one. You have to find parking on the street via an app. The unit is also on the first floor which means you have to deal with noises from the upstairs unit. I don’t know if this is the norm, but the upstairs guest/owner was loud all night; moving and dragging stuff. The unit is also right next to the building back door so every time someone in the building exits or enters, it is very loud and the unit shakes.

I had a wonderful time at the restaurants and local bars around the area!
